Gandhi’s nation

Waking up every morning we are all unhappy to look at news papers or tune into news, because nobody wants to hear a bad news. The media and newspapers are so filled with violence, death tolls, natures disasters, rape, corruption...and we are forced to think that nothing good ever happen around the world. I even think lot of people quit reading newspapers for this reason. May be we should save the front page for news that bring in happiness and hope (if there are any)

Its bliss if kids come back home safe after school, bliss if u get back home safe and sound after work. We all live with fear in this nation. There was a time when we feared and bowed before British. Now we fear our own people. People of same nation. We have grown with time, in technology, in life style, infrastructure and even culture, but what really remains in the fear. The fear of not having a safe life. This is the new phase of Gandhi ji’s nation, a nation where  waste everywhere around except in the dustbin, no girl child is still born with the right to think and live for herself(oh yes..! let’s not forget this is only if she is given the freedom to be born, she’s killed in the womb mostly),where all men are forced to get a white collard job to make family proud, one time meal is considered luxury, education has not spread its wings to all. The united nation divided by diversity is fighting among themselves for land water and everything possible.Unemployment has touched the lives of plenty of youth(giving birth to new job search sites).Everyone blames about Brain drain,oh come on we cant blame them after all . Our society has murdered dreams and new ideas of plenty of people.Its cut down the wings of most of the youngsters who had a different dream.

Lets forget about all negative part of the nation.All is not bad with the nation.There were lot of proud moments this year.Our nation has launched a satellite to Mars."Feminism" was all over media, from politics to music,its reached audience like never before.This is the beginning of better safe India for women .Swatch Bharath has started up a vision in the mind of all Indian's to keep the nation clean .We have started having tobacco free villages and city's.India's economy has been rising.Common Wealth games had lot of successful athletes from India this year.The story goes on.The rise of India looks unstoppable.

Let’s hope things change for the best, let’s work for a better India, let’s do our little part, let us kick start the change. May things be better in 2015, 2014 have definitely had some good and bad changes .some day we shall make ourselves proud and fulfil the dreams of the man who gave us the nation.
