I turned 22 few months ago...it hit me the other day that I can no more relate myself to TV show now. My fantasy of being a mindless vapid teen ager who falls in love with a sparkly “Mr. Perfect” is long gone. So I find solace in the fact that I may have actually acquired some wisdom after two decades .so here are some things that crossed my mind

 Let’s start with something real important.Friends; you need friends, not just to party but to stand by you. Introvert extrovert whatever you are find at least few good friends. The kind of F.R.I.E.N.D.S friends. They are really going to be there for you when you need them

The next major part is to dream, and when we do that lets Dream big. Don’t let an adage stop you from planning for future. Everything may not go according to plan but you should always try. At the end of the day you will be wishing, that you should have followed your dream and that you shouldn’t have quit even before you tried

May be we should stop playing the blame game .Blaming someone takes the power away from you. Whenever you are in a rut, stop looking around and blaming others, think what can be done next. Or maybe even turn the searchlight inwards

Make your own chance. You might have done engineering (like me) or some degree you are supposed to, but it does not mean you can digress and find something else to love. If you are sure you are happy about it and you can do it...work on it..!! Don’t sit at home and mope how no one is giving you a chance. If you need something then you must work for it.

Next on list is to taste failure.Having your heart broken once in a while is invertible, by friends, parents, girlfriends / boyfriends, or anyone for the instance (poor grades do count). “Pain demands to be felt”. But you must understand that this is just a chapter of your life, this phase will be soon gone and prepare yourself for something new and wonderful

 And the last one would be realization. Realize age is not something solid. It’s just one day after the next Realise that you haven’t learnt anything Time screws everyone and you still don’t know anything, and at some point of time you realize, reality is bitter than anything you ever imagine and you realise to be alive at all is a miracle and a lesson of life
